All of our fragile holiday eggs are made from chicken eggs that are carefully blown out, cleaned and dried, then threaded with a grossgrain ribbon in coordinating color through the top and the bottom, a knotted bow at the bottom. Use the single ribbon strand to tie to a tree branch. These delicate eggs are then individually handpainted by skilled Austrian artisans who work at perfecting a design, only concentrating their efforts on one or two designs.
